One application unifies the entire sales cycle from leads to collaborating with internal team members. Why use 3, 4, or 5 programs, just use one. Yes, it might not always be the fastest, but when you don't need to switch from one application to the next, in the end, you are saving some time.If you also use Google Drive, you can share files with this program too. If you also need to track time for projects or with clients, this has a time tracking feature too. The visuals in Bitrix24 are awesome, if you like to see projects, plans, team's tasks visually, this is for you!

ClickUp

We have found it to be excellent as a task manager. ClickUp's flexibility has let us configure the hierarchy the way that we want and likewise let us custom the functionality of the lists that we use. It is this flexibility that makes it super easy to use. For example, I want to set a knowledge base for our web tips, I had a picture in my head of how it would look and function and sure enough, I could achieve exactly what I wanted in ClickUp. Finally, we managed to get rid of our old time tracking system and integrate it with ClickUp tasks, the system let me create a comments field where I could display the bill date. Nothing complicated but it works really well and makes end-of-the-month checks and reporting quick and easy.

  • The ability to write letters directly from the system with the help of a binding for working mail.
  • The presence of an application for Android. This helps to get access anywhere.

  • Tags (tagging people on tasks and subtasks).
  • Automations (The automation feature is extremely helpful for list repeatability).
  • Views (I only use List, Board, and Calendar).

  • It's user interface can use some work. Although it doesn't take as long as some other software to learn, there is still a bit of a learning curve when it comes to day to day usage.
  • Bitrix offers a lot of features. It would be nice to have those features laid out in an easier-to-read layout, versus the long list at the side of the page.
  • It's mobile app functionality is quite limited. It can be difficult to work with other team members, solely off of their mobile app.

  • It took me awhile to figure out how to apply custom statuses to all new Spaces/Folders/Lists.
  • It also took me awhile to figure out how to apply custom fields to all new Spaces/Folders/Lists.
  • It would be nice if each task had a simple check box that could be used to mark it "Complete" with one click.

We're very pleased with how the system works in general. For over a year we've barely ever had any problems with ClickUp and there might have only been one or two times when it wasn't operational for us due to a global emergency. Moreover, when we had a problem once with renewing our licenses we've been contacted directly by our account manager and taken care of in a very professional way (with a due refund as well). The exceptional customer service makes us firmly believe that ClickUp is just the right tool for us.

This application is a complete scam and way over priced for what you are getting. They are filled full of false advertising and false statements regarding integrations. They claim to integrate with quickbooks and they DO NOT. This software accomplished nothing but making our day to day lives more difficult and wasted months of our time attempting to build out.

It was easy to learn on my own. Great help functions. Just user friendly for anyone. I was able to create templates with ease. Enjoy the simplicity of this project management software and always tell others what we use. Keeps me on track with work as I am in and out of the software all day long!

For over a year ClickUp was unavailable to us just twice for a couple of hours. I would say for a system this big and working globally that was a minor issue. They managed to fix all the issues within a couple hours and then it was back up and running perfectly fine.

I understand that it's a beast and does a lot of things, which is probably why it's laggy. But I do find it takes longer than I'd like to load, and if I am sending a complex document to a client or team member they aren't quite sure if they're getting the right thing at first. This is actually a pretty significant problem - my biggest beef with ClickUp.

It comes with a lot of features for managing customers relation for making a dynamic marketing strategy. Sharing and attaching any type of file makes our work much easier for our portfolio. I personally don’t like its customer service that needs to be vigilant and should know the way they should treat their clients

I like how diligent ClickUp are in making sure you hear end-to-end updates on any features that are fixed/released that you have previously been involved in / conversed with them about. This gives a great sense of 'influence' over the direction of the tool - which everyone hops will evolve to meet more and more needs.ClickUp is a large company that has done well to scale human-based support to make users feel accommodated and cared for.

There are multiple guides on literally all of the functions you can find within the system, therefore it's easy to learn anything you'd really like to use, starting from project and people management, down to Gantts, mind maps, time tracking, inviting Clients as guests to work with you on the projects and so much more.

Using ClickUp is fairly easy. There are multiple guides on how to use all of the functions in the system. An organization wanting to start working with ClickUp should simply try it out and see how it would like to adapt its workflow to the possibilities the system gives the users.

We went with Bitrix because it avoided the per seat cost of large sales teams. We discovered you get what you pay for. We wasted $800 given their no refund policy, but more importantly lost 3 months of quality sales management

My favorite one is lots of stickers and the whiteboard on the wall. It gives a clear picture of how the project goes and what needs to be done. And also it is fun. Yeah, in some way, ClickUp lacks fun.

Scaling with ClickUp is superb. If you create a workflow best suited for your organization then it's all about creating new accounts and teaching the new employees the workflow you're using. It's that simple. There is no black magic when it comes to Clickup.

  • It's a game changer for us. We have tried many tools and this is the one that got our whole team on board.
  • We use ClickUp every day all day to manage just about everything we do.
  • One downside is that ClickUp automations are expensive if you use more than the included allocation, and it does require automation at scale. So expensive that it was cheaper for us to automate from the outside by using the API. I wish they would correct this business issue.
