Pricing is based on how many contacts are imported into the Donor Management System. All packages have unlimited users, unlimited campaigns, unlimited peer-to-peer pages, unlimited emails and communications, and optional events and auctions. They all also include full support and complete data migration.
For us, Bonterra Guided Fundraising offered the best overall bang for the buck. There were cheaper options that didn't over the features we needed and more expensive options that we felt didn't offer features as good as the ones we were seeing at Bonterra. For an overall option …

We left DonorPerfect because we also needed to purchase Constant Contact to supplement the marketing. This product is all in one.
Bonterra/Network for Good was a better price match for our organization.

We had been using Benchmark for emails but had only utilized the free version and we're needing to begin paying the $35 a month for upgraded services. We had also been using Flipcause, but paying ~$1800 a year to accept online donations wasn't working for us. We needed more …
In comparison with Bloomerang, we decided we could get the product we needed at the price we could afford with Network for Good

Network For Good has been wonderful to use. I started one year ago and the system was already in place. I have used various CRMS over the past 15 years such as Goldmine, Siebel, and Salesforce. Network for Good compares very well. Record keeping and marketing campaigns are two …
Network for Good is the best because of all the items it offers to help your business succeed. I chose Network for Good because of the full year of training that we received that we could understand all of the tools we could use to help us to be successful.
Although Salesforce offers robust capabilities, it's not especially suited to smaller nonprofits. Network for Good addresses all of our needs without the complexity of Salesforce.
One Cause had similar functionality as Network for Good and offered support to the organization. One Cause does not have the capability of storing donor information, which limits the ability to send targeted information and requests to donors based on their interest.
I can't recall the name of the CRM I used at my last job, but it tried to do too many things. It was a good CRM, but it had "add-ons" that included keeping track of volunteers. At first, I was excited for this information to be in one place, but it did not integrate well and …
Network for Good has many additional services and is much more user friendly. They also have staff ready to help when needed without having to wait for days.
While many similarities between Network For Good and Bloomerang, I feel that Network For Good is easier to use, especially creating newsletters, forms and emails.
In my experience with it, ParishSOFT restricts donors to one category, so you cannot enter them as more than one Family Group, even if they belong to multiple (school parent, alumni, parishioner, etc.). So we generally had to mail to all three lists all the time so as not to …
It was mostly about the price that we selected Network for Good.

Great program pricing year 1, year 2 is OK, but worried about year 3 pricing however still better than Salsa pricing. User experience was much easier to navigate than others
Network for Good specializes in what non-profits need. The others are just general business platforms, and one has to use a separate source for collecting donations, and they don't track those donations.
We do not have anything to compare to as we only used Excel before. This left us frustrated and feeling inept. Once we started working with Network for Good, we felt better, we felt more confident and competent, as well. We felt professional and we were able to show where our …
We found Network for Good to be more progressive and updated.

I will share that EveryAction, while a nice product, is not meant for smaller nonprofits. The customer service and onboarding process were less than desirable.
Network for Good is much more simple, modern and user friendly compared to etapestry. The features are more aligned with non-profit needs and not overly complicated. One major improvement from etapestry is that Network for Good has on-call help for free! is much more simple, …
