Likelihood to Recommend Well-suited: In a B2B set up - Post achieving some scale and having outgrown Google Sheets/ Excels. Won't add much value if you are dealing with fewer than 400-500 invoices a year. We haven't explored their B2C subscription management side - but that is one of the key strengths of the platform. I think overall the product is fantastic, I don't have any negative feedback. The product is easy to learn, use, and navigate. It's accessible and very user friendly. The interface is not crowded, or intimidating. I enjoy the customization of my homepage and making it easy to add favorites/most often used tabs to my start-up page

The drill down feature is phenomenal; I previously exported data to Excel and summarized using pivot tables and with the reporting capability and flexibility at my fingertips, I have to power to enable other users to drilldown and lookup status of payment requests and such independently. Read full review Cons It wasn't allowing us to add a one time purchase without making it an ongoing subscription with only one payment. They may have fixed it very recently but that was a big pain from a reporting perspective (it was including one time purchasers as subscribers) Email automation is not very robust. Difficult to customize triggers by subscription, you have to send the same message to all subscribers for a specific action Wish it had a way to write off and cancel the subscription of customers who haven't updated their cc info. That can be a long painful and very manual process. And if that feature is available somewhere they don't do a good job of making that clear. We have some GLs that are only used by one of our 40 entities, and would be great to hide them from everyone else, so they do not get used by mistake I would like to be able to reclassify credit card transactions after payment is recorded like you can do with accounts payable After we implemented, we discovered some duplicate GL names and would have liked to be able to combine those and the host into the one gl we ended up using. Sage Intacct is continuously evolving and increasing it's functionalities. I am excited to attend conferences to learn what is in the roadmap for future releases. Additionally, using Sage Intacct allows me grow as a professional, I am really enjoy the knowledge that I have within the product to be able to share my experiences.

It's very easy to use once you know what you're doing. I found it very straight forward once I got the hang of things and was able to create plans easily for my business. I was also able to just charge my clients right away easily. Refunding was also easy when needed.

The ease of use as a seasoned user is wonderful; however, new users struggle to adapt to the program efficiently. Better training videos--all in one location--would be beneficial. The use of a "sandbox" environment is a great tool for new employees or for the fiscal department to test certain journal entries or other transactions to verify accuracy of data.

There has only been one occurrence where Sage Intacct was not available to me, however I had already been working a number of hours trying to get a project completed. It honestly allowed me to step back and take a much needed break.

As fas as integration is concerned I don't feel this slows Sage Intacct down at all. However, sometimes I do feel it takes some larger reports more time to load due to all the detail. As well as, I "move very fast" in my motions so sometimes I double click on fuctions too quickly and the system seems to think that I have a duplicate request.

Only a few times have we had to reach out to support, and every time we did, we received a relatively quick response and a solution was found fairly quickly. Only once was there an issue that took longer than a week to resolve, but it still did eventually get solved.

I have taken in person training classes at several of the annual Sage Intacct user conferences. It is very interactive and the trainers are very easy to follow and understand. They are great at getting everyone in the class involved. They also make sure everyone has learned to task before moving to a new one.

The free training is very minimal. For what we pay for the service, I would like more training. We end up training new users in-house because the provided free training is not nearly comprehensive enough. That being said, the training provided, for the material covered, was adequate and relevant for the given topics.

I would not use a thrid party administrator to implement your system, especially if you are going to be modifying the system at all. Use Intacct implementors as they will be able to better support you on any issues that come up after you go live.

The major reason to go with chargebee is its costing as compared to its competitors it is much useful and value for money.Also it has many features that is very practical and efficient to use it.I recommend to the people who involves low costing as well as futuristic features.

I would say that there have been very few issues, glitches, or times that Sage is difficult to use, unlike the previous systems I have used. I would say it is more reliable.
