Consensus vs. ZoomInfo Engage

Within the last 6 months, I've run a personal A/B test on opportunities with and without Consensus videos being sent after every meeting. Those opportunities where I sent Consensus videos after every meeting had a >50% likelihood of closing and/or progressed past the Proposal phase. Those opportunities where I did not send Consensus video, I was left unanswered more often than not

ZoomInfo Engage has been outstanding in setting up automated workflows. It allows us to be more efficient in our day-to-day planning because once you set up a workflow, your planning for the next several days is done. One area for improvement would be to allow other domain emails for marketing. I have my primary domain email, but when I'm reaching out to potential candidates I would rather use a different domain. This is not possible.

• We appreciate the features Consensus has to customize demos in various forms.
• The customer service and post-sales trainings the Consensus team has held for our company have been extremely beneficial. I personally appreciated learning how demos are better received when they're not 'perfect'

• The front-end UX could be improved to look and feel more like a mature SaaS solution
• There's a limited amount of help resources to assist throughout the video building process
• I'd like to see more integrations with broader SaaS solutions to unlock more use cases (i.e. Engaging in group formats, long-form webinars, etc)

• Hot Prospects - I don't find this particularly useful. A flame in varying colors doesn't tell me anything the Activity doesn't

I think the automated workflows and outstanding support are game-changers. I typically won't use a software platform that does not offer exceptional real-time support.

Videos had been recorded using platforms previously but the distribution of these videos was often uncontrolled and untraceable. Consensus provides a platform where we can control, distribute and track shared content. It also allows us to build up stakeholder maps based on video engagement. The platform provided means we no longer have to choose what communication send out with the video; as the platform manages that aspect.

Tellwise is a very promising communication platform for sales but still needs to mature. We chose CirrusInsight in the end.

• I have been able to close deals where offices were not able to join a meeting
• This has been a great resource for saving time on training the team. We dont have to take time out of the day to sit in classes, we can learn as we go

• Tellwise has freed up my time to focus on things other than sending emails individually.
• Organizing and editing groups within their tool is a breeze compared to attempting the same in Outlook, for example.
