If you have an in-house expert, then this product, due to its customization abilities, is a great choice for a CRM. However, due to Creatio's low-code approach, there are areas where end-users can make their own changes and customizations without the need for a developer. One such case is building out team dashboards for real-time reporting.

This is a difficult question as we implemented it years ago. I think it is pretty much a very easily adaptable program to any business. It seems that the people who work for Method are able to think outside the box and come up with solutions that fit your individual needs.

  • The system is really easy to use. Users pick it up & love it immediately.
  • Support is superb: If we have any issues or want to change the system at all, the team is always there helping by being fast, efficient & friendly

  • Method: CRM is the perfect solution you need if you want to effectively share thoughts through out your company.
  • Stop wasting time doing receptive task this software has reduced redundancy with it's message automations.
  • The powerful technology of Method: CRM exposed the truth to us about other expensive one-off bloated softwares with lots of unneeded features that we never ended up using.

  • Having more marketplace solutions that add to the system’s functionality would be great.
  • We look forward to further enhancements in ML (even though Creatio already has some AI-powered solutions in place).
  • We would also like to see some improvements to the customer portal.

  • Very hard to understand what has to happen in order to get a screen or even a button working.
  • You have to have a background in coding or web development for this to make any sense to you.
  • They say that you can be green to the industry and be able to use the program to even 1/2 its ability, but that is not the case. Went to partner program training where I learned how involved making a solution actually function could become.

The things Method does well - QuickBooks data integration and extreme customization - it does very, very well. If you are looking for a CRM product or any business process automation software that integrates with QuickBooks, you have to look at Method CRM

They are very quick to respond and figure out solutions. They are prompt, polite and well versed in the product. They really put a lot of thought in to how the system can be manipulated to better serve me.

The system’s UI, rich functionality, and a great potential for scalability made the system stand out among other vendors. It is a fully-fledged solution that allowed us to work with customer data way more efficiently and improve our processes on a regular basis.

  • bpm'online is a bit pricey, so utilizing it in place of other tools to help on your ROI is important.
  • Users are seeing the value of a consolidated information source and buy-in is quicker than it was with Salesforce or GoldMine.
  • The automation of internal notifications when particular fields are marked has increased productivity and decreased human error overall.
