Formstack Sign vs. Sertifi

I like how fast the process is to send and receive my signed and completed paperwork. Certain companies that I do business with require a "wet signature" so it cannot be used every single time in my business

I really love Sertifi. i have used other platforms in the past and Sertifi outdoes them all. I feel the contract aspect of the system is seamless and really makes it easy to send out agreements, revise them if needed and know when the customer signs

• Intuitive - even users who aren't familiar with electronic signing have, with rare exception, had no difficulty using InsureSign

• Provides an easy way to send credit card authorizations and receive them without the need for faxing or signatures on real paper.
• Ensures the credit or debit card matches the name and address of the person to which it is issued.
• Tracks digital footprint of the submission of the credit card authorization.

• It would be nice to add our own words or describe what is needed in the free form text box. This was a feature in a past version.

• Didn't have a big enough use case to really come up against Sertifi's limits.. it did everything we needed it to do.

Better functionality at a much more acceptable price. With Formstack, if we have issues (very rare) we can actually get a hold of someone - not so much with DocuSign.

Sertifi is nicer to the budget with close to the same offerings as Adobe/DocuSign. Adobesign and DocuSign are a little easier in the configurations with Salesforce (if you don't have a Salesforce developer, you would probably lean toward something other than Sertifi), but if you aren't needing too much customization other than out-of-the-box functionality, Sertifi is perfect.

• I've used Insuresign just 15 times in the last 30 days and saved 150 pages of paper and ink. I've also saved countless hours faxing, emailing , mailing and waiting and trying to get the client to sign and return the paperwork.
