The simulation is a great way to learn the process. I had zero knowledge of logistics when I first started and by using the simulator, I realized that I just needed to follow the process. My job wasn't to explain to people what we do on the phone call; my job is to actually book that phone call for my superiors to take.

The worxogo Nudge Coach (the way we have looked at it) seems suitable for almost all sales and service related scenarios across industries. However we feel there could be integrations or applicability which may need to be tweaked or created to adapt to new / old enterprise software. We believe it may have challenges to monitor and nudge folks in highly mobile situations (delivery folks, drivers, etc.)
