We have been using Hiretual for a wide variety of roles, including filling our own internal Talent Acquisition roles. This product is comparable and as or more effective than Entelo and other advanced sourcing tools. We have found using Hiretual to be a boon to our rural recruiting efforts which can be incredibly complex and difficult to handle. Hiretual allows us to scale our sourcing efforts from small to large needs effortlessly and has been invaluable for us since we started utilizing it. Ultimately, when optimized, TA teams can earn a great deal of efficiency utilizing this tool to its fullest capacity.

Lattice

Lattice is well suited to track interactions between managers and their team and fosters open and transparent communication. It's great to have a way to track the agenda each week for my 1-on-1's with my managers. I think Lattice isn't as helpful for personal goal tracking. This functionality can be a bit confusing and overwhelming to fill out and keep tracking/editing over time.

  • Contact information & social link retrieval.
  • Applicant Tracking System Integration -- At OnPoint we use Lever as our ATS. Hiretual allows us to export candidate data directly into our ATS and associate said candidates to a specific requisition, & in a specific stage.

  • Lattice does a great job of consolidating goal setting and tracking, sharing progress with other team members and presenting results and outcomes.
  • Lattice connects everyone's goals to the team members' performance management all in one place.
  • Lattice definitely improves collaboration between teams and makes workflow more efficient.

  • As with most platforms - the search tools did not find civil engineering candidates.
  • Some personal contact information was outdated and not better than USPhoneBook.
  • I already had an ATS - so using it to search exclusively was not effective for the price.

The few times that I haven't been able to quickly figure out how to do something, I have emailed my support person and have gotten a response within a couple of hours. The system is very intuitive and if you have ever run online searches using Boolean techniques, Hiretual is very easy to understand (but you don't need to know Boolean to be successful with the tool).

Everyone from the customer reps to the c-suite always makes themselves available to answer questions or help us troubleshoot and issues that may arise. We haven't found many issues the tool but when we have questions about the utilization of the tool or how to utilize its advanced capabilities, the reps at Hiretual always make themselves available to us.

Lattice Support is not that good. We have had to have calls with them in the past and their product team did not have a lot of knowledge about their product. I believe they are able to provide a much better level of service and that would increase my likelihood to work with them again.

Hiretual

Hiretual is its own entity. It's unique and similar to the other programs I have used in the pass but by far had the best number of accurate profiles. I would probably say that the original team at Hiretual really treat you like family. They host community events, provide resources within the recruiting and talent communities, and they really care about the industry. I love the family vibe, so I am pretty much stuck for life.

Lattice was better than UltiPro because it was a simple solution for a very specific need. UltiPro offers a lot of features and functionality but Lattice is great if you want a software that will help with seeking feedback and reviews only, and isn't bogged down with many other different features to use.

  • The combination of Hiretual and Lever as a sourcing tool and outreach tool, respectively, has allowed our recruiters to maximize multiple touch-points with candidates. Message frequency automation gives recruiters the ability to set up "nurturing campaigns" to touch candidates 3-4 times each, before giving up.
