Likelihood to Recommend Khoros (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)
Jive-x is great for external communities for support deflection or customer communication and document sharing/editing. If you spend the money on the available add-ons and integrations, you could use it for customer education/learning. It's less appropriate for use as a revenue -generating tool or a lead-generating platform.
Read full review In my perspective, I would say Sprinklr Modern Sales & Engagement is best suited for teams and organizations who are more involved in automating social media activities, getting a great analytical report on activity engagement, and generating lists and bolds that helps determine the trends and events, etc. One of the best tools that one could use for clients with every information they would need.

I write these from the perspective of the Community Manager - You can choose your level of moderation on Jive to match the policies of your organisation. From full on content pre-moderation to to completely reactive moderation, you can take your pick. We chose the latter end of the spectrum, trust your colleagues to be professional and you will be rewarded with professional content. The ability for users to set up their own groups very easily with out the need to revert to developers is great as this allows individuality. This allows for organic growth with out impact on the budgets of departments and teams to get their work done on Jive. The option is always there to get 'someone in to fancy it up a bit' however you will find that your own people will develop those skills themselves. Your users will also learn from each other and you should actively encourage stealing of best practice from across your organisation. The knowledge repository or Question and Answer features are the most value-adding for me. Having searchable history that allows your to get answers quickly so the next question can be asked is the reason why you should have a collaboration platform in the first place, Jive makes that easy. Single Sign On has been a excellent addition for us, if Jive does not make your colleagues lives easier then they won't use it. You can customize and brand Jive to reflect your company identity. Read full review Customization - Through Sprinklr's rules and robust custom field creation, you really can create a lot of customization for every facet of your business. Listening - Their Listening Engine and Explorer are fantastic ways to proactively find engagement-friendly conversations, in addition competitively research your brand. Care - Using their case formatting, messages and customer contacts can be routed and assigned easily to available reps, and their bot builder can help to automate your contacts without sacrificing a personal touch. No QA environment. It's cloud-based so you need to purchase another instance to set up a QA environment. The gamification system is not as user intuitive as you'd expect. The admin spends more time setting up opportunities than they should need to. Jive-x was bought out by three different companies in the last 2 years. There is an uncertainty of how long it will be supported and updated. Read full review Overall, Sprinklr rewards users to do a lot of digging on their own to get to the more in-depth functionalities. For instance, the asset manager feature leads you to a dashboard with all the content you ever published but doesn't tell you what to do next or how to organize it Sprinklr offers basic social listening features, but it is much more limited than other pure social listening players like Crimson Hexagon or Brandwatch. It is perfectly usable for a quick search but I wouldn't recommend it as your sole social listening platform Read full review Likelihood to Renew Khoros (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)
For a large company the cost can quickly escalate so this must taken into account when renewing. For me, the decision to review will be taken with upgrading to the cloud version in mind as well. My power users love Jive for it versatility but it is important to note that you must be prepared to constantly train and coach the non-power users
Read full review I really do feel that Sprinklr is the most complete enterprise social media program. It covers everything you would need to do to run a strategic social media program. On top of that, the success managers are really the best. Our success manager goes above and beyond for us and has been so helpful to us with setting up some very specific repots and profiles. Paul (our CSM) has been great about keeping us up to date on the latest features and functionality as well as helping us set up innovative dashboards as need

The end user should be able to find what they need. They don't even need to be logged in to search for content.
Read full review It's simple to learn and easy to use. Compared to other social media monitoring tools like it, it has less of a learning curve than most. Between the filters, macros, tagging, and ability to like or reply to posts, it seems pretty comprehensive. At the very least, it accomplishes everything that my organization uses it for

It works wonders. My only gripe would be that there are some customizations you can't make without hiring a vendor with coding experience to implement them.
Read full review Perfornace is not aan issue. The issues/bugs with this software are few and far between. And when one pops up the 24/7 support team is helpful, quick and informative.

The support has been fantastic when we have been trying to code our own apps. Jive have went above and beyond what was required to help us out. Bugs fixes are generally very good and they are upfront when they are unable to help or a 'problem' is actually in need of Professional Services
Read full review Support is amazing. We have had to reach out [to] them only a few times in the past few years. Each time, they were back in touch with us within the hour or two, no matter the time. We've always had our issues addressed quickly and promptly corrected. They are a great team to work with.

I don't recall our training in detail. I know we met in person a few times, and did some over-the-phone product walk-throughs. It may have been somewhat informal -- I don't recall having any takeaways to refer to.

For the money, it just happens to fit best with our original use case. Now that it's been sold to Aurea, which essentially halted any support or dev for the product before selling it off to
Lithium , we will have to eventually move off of it (this assumes
Lithium won't hire devs for code they didn't build, and that's not a bad assumption). So, while I recommend it, it's with the caveat that it's been sold and will be evolving in the near future.

Hard to quantify the results...but I also left the company before we had built a mature instance of Jive in-house so the final results/impact were yet to be fully realized and measured. The use of Jive brought together multiple-departments for the first time in our 50+ year old company to truly build an "end-to-end" approach to our marketing/sales/fulfillment/customer service engine. It was truly phenomenal to watch how the internal life-cycle of a prospect-turned-customer literally transformed and unified our inter-departmental teams through the use of Jive Engage. Read full review Reports can be customized and exported easily in many different formats. I especially like the PowerPoint version of reports. It quickly and professionally creates a custom slideshow to show the metrics of the platforms and time periods you choose. This is a great way to keep your company's C-level executives informed on your team's progress and investing in your efforts. This is especially true for executives that do not personally use or understand the value of social media. Brand reputation management is always a great investment. The dashboard alerts you in real-time when your brand or product is mentioned across any of the platforms and offers a quick and efficient way to respond. The Sprinklr customer experience cloud can be implemented across your entire organization, including CRM and email systems. If you're not growing you're dying. That alone helps me with the ROI of using Sprinklr for my client's business objectives. Read full review ScreenShots
