Lobby Track vs. Meeting Play

Especially where there are many visitors just one has to scan their identity and if the user had already registered it will automatically create a visitor badge No such scenario which I can think of where this was not appropriate.

Well suited for customization of gamification. It gets beyond basic off-the-shelf gamification most app providers have. The admin dashboard is easy to use. We would like to be able to copy the framework of the site over at a reduced cost, and not pay as much for the 2nd and 3rd instance. Pricing for volume had to be negotiated and isn't standard operating procedure.

Great account management. Trust. In our 3rd year now, working with the same account manager helps us not re-invent the wheel each year. Other regional sales kick-offs were told of this gamification and they've since adopted Meeting Play.

A vendor who we purchased other services from initially recommended Lobby Track when they learned we didn't have an automated system. We still use Lobby Track but no longer work with that vendor. In the 8 years since we started with Lobby Track, we have looked at other systems but none have the automated email notification features (even systems purportedly targeted at schools) and that's a killer feature for us.
