Great for a use case where you need to effectively communicate pay and PTO with a system that is intuitive for team members with any level of experience. Also, there is little friction when trying to integrate new team members into the system. If you have employees that are primarily remote this tool is particularly suited for you.

It's a good space to have a high level overview of the organization (especially Org view).Places for improvement include extra levels of complexity when you need to click on the person and you are navigated to the pop-up that is hard to use and only one pop up can be used at a time. Because it is through my current job I would recommend it to other friends with businesses both large and small. It is an easy to use app and it is super helpful and beneficial for time tracking and ensuring accuracy of the time clock. It notifies you when you are close to your allotted PTO limit which is also a neat feature.

Easy interface to navigate - one does not need significant time to play around on the platform to determine what to do. In particular, I appreciate how there are 'less clicks' needed to toggle between different views on the platform. One needs to only hover over the global menu page and then select the option. Small things like this help promote a seamless experience

To use this system you need to buy several add-ons. If add-ons do not fit your business model you will have to access platforms from different companies. The system is not easy to use for onboarding. Candidates cannot change and update settings. To use the system a person must click in the correct spots. If not it leads you someplace else. Then you have to start clicking all over again.

I like that the availability in using Rippling at any given time is useful to me. Getting on the site freely when I need gives me security of knowing that I can be in control of viewing health insurance and hours information. I have yet to get any errors in using the Rippling app.

Rippling's performance has been great, no errors or glitches yet so far. I am confident that Going from one page to the next and all its complexity usage does not lag or times out, it works effectively and efficiently. While using Rippling and other apps it does not tend to slow it down, works great. No complaints.

Customer service is amazing and patient, I imagine, because I have not had any issues needing to reach out to Rippling or my HR for needing assistance. Everything functions and works properly as a program should. The overall usage time to complete anything that I have to do on the app is minimal and easy peasy.

Traditional payroll software has a clunky user experience. They get the job done, but it's at the expense of more time spent by my HR team in supporting employees in using the software to find what they need. Rippling's self-service features work because it's intuitive and easy to understand. The more modern options have a beautiful, elegant user experience, but they're limited in their capabilities. We wanted a platform that could grow with us and make managing our business exponentially easier the more we expand with them.

I can go on here and see all my hours and pto plus health benefits. I like to have the work handbook handy to refer to legal things. How to work my role within it's limits. Being able to put in my hours and view when they are approved is a huge benefit for me.

- Rippling allows me to see the people I work with well, an especially important task for this remote environment
- I've been able to save time in my day since I no longer have to goggle HR specific criteria thanks to Rippling
- I also have been able to save time not having to go to all of the different sites to see things like my vested shares, 401k Balance, etc.

- We were able to get the system implemented very quickly, which was of great importance to us as we were undergoing rapid growth.
- The system has helped us keep and stay organized and allowed team members to work collaboratively to get tasks done. Many of these tasks were previously managed with various spreadsheets and other trackers that were quickly becoming unmanageable.
