Likelihood to Recommend The software is really good for managing inputs and inventory as well as maintaining traceability. The "track picking moves" functionality lets you look into a specific lot or serial numbers and view all the product moves that occurred with that lot. However, some navigation is not intuitive. For example, if I click on an item in the BoM of an assembly, then click the back button to go back to the assembly, the site goes all the way back to the home screen. Some of these quirks mean that there is a learning curve for the software, but overall the tracking is very good.

I do - and have - recommended them to other businesses. If they had taken care of the USPS pickup option and started supporting Rollo printers again I would have given them a 10. But a year with no resolution is unacceptable. Everything else about them is excellent. When I do have issues I'm usually able to contact someone via live chat and get it resolved. They are glitchy on occasion, but what piece of modern technology isn't.

Integration: It works so well I forget that it is a 3rd party solution sometimes. Automation: You can set nested rules based on order details, really cutting down on the little things that slow down your fulfillment process. Management: We almost never log into the admin side of BigCommerce thanks to ShipStation. ShipStation handles all of our day-to-day needs. Enterprise version is as expensive as other ERP in the market. Reporting is horrible, not a lot of possibility to integrate seamlessly with a third party BI platform. For years users have requested UPS End of Day Report for Driver to Scan. Shipstation Refuses to offer this and it means that Claims with the carrier are next to impossible to process as there is no PROOF the carrier received your package. Customer Service is Seriously Lacking within the last 6-12 months. Repeated outages, problems, and their front-tier support has no insight as to how long the system will be down. Poor Response times for even the most basic of issues such as error logs so our cart can troubleshoot from their end. The Status Page is inaccurate. 5 of the last 6 times when we had major issues their status page shows as 100%. Not a reliable gauge of up-time. Also, the system is not mobile friendly at all which is annoying if you want to check something on the go.

If you take some time to learn what all the options and features of ShipStation do, it will save you time, energy and headaches as the system works for domestic orders and international orders for export. You have the ability to adjust info that auto populates into the customs forms for exporting goods and ShipStation solidly integrates with
BigCommerce (outside of my previously disclosed web browser issue which could be the browser's fault)
Read full review Support Rating Easy - there is NO SUPPORT (like in ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!!). Even for legally mandatory requirements where the system MUST work, they will gladly take a month to get back to you with a NON-answer. We couldn't even get our bank statements correctly into Odoo for 2 months - leading to no reconciliation and the company accounts were a mess (still are!!) as a result - Completely irresponsible. Have not EVEN had an apology from Odoo - they couldn't care less !!

I have quarterly calls with my account rep to discuss metrics and performance to ensure we are remaining consistent without fulfillment and transit times. He is super friendly and knowledgable. Whenever I have questions, if he can't answer them himself, he gets me in contact with the appropriate person almost immediately.
Read full review Alternatives Considered I selected Odoo because it is all in the cloud online and it is very easy to conect from everywhere, but then it did nos suit what we wanted in other fields and the service was poor,so we deceided to cancel the contract, but never get our money back since november 2020.
