Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

I use to to find talent for IT Recruitment.
  • It's ATS is very good and easy to understand.
  • The interface is so smooth and good.
  • I have thoroughly used it for last 5 years.
  • Need to modify the Dashboard section.
  • lack of information in the mentioned profile fetched from ATS.
  • We get better candidates very fast.
  • We can reach more candidates easily.
  • The interface is good. It helps us to reach profiles very easy.
The resume harvesting is very good in Ceipal. The automated AI gives very good result. The integrated search option is good but need to upgrade a bit. I believe that Ceipal ATS's AI tools is vey advance. It is very beneficial for the user as well. It saves time of the user.
I did not ever integrated with any other products as well. I have done only talent search from Ceipal.
The usability is very good. The user become so friendly to it as it has good interface and advance software. The harvesting option is very beneficial of the Ceipal as well. I highly recommend to my friends. I have also interacted with Ceipal representative and they are really very good. They have interacted with me very professionally. Thank you Team Ceipal.
I have earlier used JobDiva, Dice and Prohire. I found Ceipal is much better than other ATS. i do recommend to people looking for ATS for their work. Much time i have given to Ceipal ATS throughout my carrier as well. As i earlier mentioned about the integration and AI is much better than other portal as well.

I have used it thoroughly and i do highly recommend to my friends who are into this industry as well. This has powerful and smooth interface rather than other ATS , i have ever used. Most of the known people i know they use Ceipal. i am happy to have Ceipal platform.

It was integrated with dice, monster and integrated Search option. It has a good database we have ever used on other platform. The automated integration is very good.

I would rate 10/10. It is totally depend upon the trainer. They should be known to each and every corner of the Software as well. The person providing training of this ATS should be master of the Ceipal. We have got in-person training in our organization as well. It is really helpful. Thank you Team Ceipal.
I would recommend 10/10. However i did not get online training from the Ceipal. I was involved in in-person training in my organization as well. However, i am not aware of online training from the Ceipal but i had get online resolution once from Ceipal. The name of the person was Shruti from Ceipal team as well.
Yes, It was easy to use it as it has basics interface that can be learned by average people as well.

I would rate myself a 5 out of 10 in coding. While I have a basic understanding of coding languages like Java and Python, I am still learning and honing my skills. However, I am eager to learn and willing to put in the effort to improve my coding abilities.

No i have not purchased it. My organization has paid it to every employee of my company as well. The cost is a bit high rather than other portal. The purchasing is not in budget for any individual. Only organization can purchase this portal to provide their employees this platform.
Helping sourcing the better candidates for my work. it is easy to use. Easy to access for any one. Harvesting is good. we can reach the talent search in less time. we do not have to go for other platform rather than Ceipal. The ATS is so good to understand as well.

Yes - I have also used Ceipal into my IOS device as well. The mobile interface is also good. However we cannot use mobile phones for a professional work. There is a good advantage of the having this portal on mobile phone as you are away from the system. It is good for all but in the emergency situation if you have not system with you.
