Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Communities

Khorus helps us massively with communicating with our customers, it provides us a platform to be able to connect with people on all social platforms and track them beautifully, the UI is well made and easy to use and the customer support on the vary rare times that things don't go to plan is top notch. For the rest of my career, every company that I ever work for is getting a recommendation to move over to Khorus when the scope allows.

Having started using the platform with a customer base of multiple thousands, there is no issue with growth within Khorus, we have intergrated more social sources with zero issues faced and look forward to growing with the company alongside the help of Khorus.

We have been able to connect with more customers from all corners of the internet using more social media platforms due to Khorus helping to keep everything in one place.

Khorus allows us to connect with people faster, while tracking communication via various social methods and linking them to the same customer, allowing more flexible and continuous customer service, this reduces customer frustration and leads to higher customer satisfaction and less customer turn around.

Khorus works well all around for our business needs, I couldn't ask for a better platform to allow us to connect to our customers. The UI is easy to use and allows for quick and easy tracking of agents workloads and performance as well as allowing our agents to communicate with our client base quickly and efficiently.
