What I love about SkyPrep LMS
- Easy to navigate
- User friendly
- Tracks progress if learning
- Chat assistant be broader with help issues
- I don’t have any issues at this time
- Building a class is super easy from pre-recorded powerpoints, videos
- Assessment Building and Quizzes are user friendly
- The reporting features for both internal and external use by clients is robust, but also controllable
- Very extensive administrative features can be administered dependent on client/company needs
- Customer Service is not 24 hours-this is problematic on holiday weekends as unless it's a full system crash, you would have to wait a couple of days for a response to a help ticket
- Building custom certificates is a little more complicated then we would have liked, but they were very helpful in assisting and in the end created them for us so it's a win! (They have easy to implement templates, but more involved if you want to integrate a certificate you already have)

Easy to use and great customer support!
- ADMIN dashboard is easy to navigate.
- LEARNER dashboard is intuitive - it's very rare we receive any questions how to open a course or locate their course certificate.
- Easy to customize and choose which automated emails are sent to users.
- Make the certificate for a Learning Path more intuitive for a user to find.
- Bring back the User Feedback email (currently not available on most updated version of SkyPrep)
- The reporting could use some work - it's quite basic in my opinion
- Add a search field when looking to find/select a MANGER for a Group you've created

- Many of the features in the newly released "Studio" are difficult to understand
- It would be great if I had more control of what data my dashboard contained
- Need to streamline their email delivery system and offer fewer but richer features.

SkyPrep is simple to use as an administrator
- Calendar of assigned upcoming events is great to see.
- The course settings include a link to the specific course document folder for easy access.
- Navigation is not awkward. The layout makes sense and doesn't have unnecessary steps.
- Create a dashboard where the admins can immediately see their courses they created.

- The ILT platform needs an upgrade - specifically with the integration with Microsoft Teams

- The software is quite easy to learn/use and helps our team work more efficiently in delivering, tracking, and reporting on trainings.
- The help feature provides excellent resources for learning and navigating the system (directions, pictures, and links to other resources).
- The content developer is excellent for categorizing the courses and is very user friendly.
- The amount of storage provides the capability to store everything in one location.
- Administrators can make updates to the LMS without having to submit request to SkyPrep or our company’s IT department. Our IT department is completely circumvented with this platform.
- The help desk is quick to get back with us when a ticket is submitted, and the support is excellent and consistent with very little wait time.
- They are continuously improving their services and features, as well as provide quick updates and customizations.
- Other than a few extra clicks when navigating to and through trainings, nothing. The program works consistently and the LMS performs every time. If you encounter any unexpected limitation, all you need to do is call SkyPrep and their team will explain possible solutions or work through the limitation to create a new solution.
