6sense from an SDR's perspective.
Overall Satisfaction with 6sense
We use 6Sense to gain insights into market behavior and prospective buyer intent. Without accurate and reliable intent data, prospecting accounts at the enterprise level can be challenging. With that in mind, we leverage intent data to support our outreach, allowing us to conduct an ABM approach that quickly provides visibility of which accounts may be in the market, researching our product, or exploring alternatives.
Pros
- Ability to import external data from other lead info platforms
- User friendly; does not require extensive training to operate
- Great support from customer success
Cons
- Real-time intent data would be ideal. Especially for website visitors
- Improved insight of market behaviour.
6sense has enabled us to understand better which accounts are in the market or maybe in a discovery stage. I can attest that the insights are mostly accurate. There are detailed instances where accuracy becomes compromised, but this is easy to spot as the platform gives you in-depth data rather than just generics.
Personally, i choose to leverage website visitor intent data paired with keyword searches to identify whether at which stage of the buying journey an account is in.
Although their offering is slightly different, Zoom Info has a real-time website visitor reporting advantage. However, 6sense counterbalances this by providing more in-depth intent data, which eludes more clearly to whether or not the intent is genuine.
