Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use the 8x8 X Series across our organization, in multiple departments. It has simplified our communication throughout our 3 different locations. We no longer have to rely on cell phones or email to get messages. We also no longer need to have callers redirected when calling the main office number.

At the moment we are still paying for regular phone service, as well as 8x8 services. It is too soon to tell what a positive impact it will be.

Support Rating

I have had ample amount of help through sales and implementation to answer any questions I may have. I like being able to communicate via email and also enjoyed the over the phone implementation.

8x8 X Series is well suited for unifying communication. Having direct phone lines is also a plus. Being able to customize settings is very helpful.

It makes it difficult to use VOIP phones when in an area with poor internet service.
