We use 8x8 [X Series] as our primary telecommunication provider, including phone lines and fax lines. It is used by the entire company and assists with our calling and faxing needs.

Length of time for faxes to be transmitted (a little inconceivable for digital services).

Having the ability to text our clients has added a layer of convenience for them.
