Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign (AC) is used across the organization to help: Automate repetitive tasks, manage comms externally, promote the business, grow the pipeline, manage online events, integrate with our e-learning platform, manage engagement and optimize deliverability. In essence, to do the heavy lifting and leverage so much more with less so that we can comfortably punch way above our weight!
- Building the automation is easy.
- Integration with other platforms is easy/robust.
- The insights are powerful.
- It is very flexible.
- List categorization relies on tags only. It would be nice to display segmented lists more creatively.
- We haven't yet evaluated ROI, but anecdotally, we were previously using another heavyweight automation package and AC has blown the rival out of the water.
InfusionSoft (IS): we had been an avid user of InfusionSoft for over 6-years before making the switch to AC. Why the change? Deliverability: much better control of engagement. Price: Half the cost. Better user experience: intuitive interface. It's NOT clunky, or rigid like IS.
