Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I use ActiveCampaign for event notification emails or automatic flows.
  • Automations. You can send different emails to users, based on their behavior and their level of interest in your business
  • Form is easily embedded in your website
  • Scoring lets you know who your target clients are
  • If a user signs up to two different lists, he will be counted twice
  • Email editor is not so easy to use
  • The clients that received emails are now more close to my business, growing trust and ROI.
Generally, ActiveCampaign is more intuitive and easy to use that Mailchimp. The dashboard is perfectly organized and lets you know exactly where to go when you have to do specific actions.
I think that ActiveCampaign is well suited in every scenario and in every online business
