Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign for the full spectrum of automations to improve communication, increase efficiency and stay in touch with our clients and team. We don't know where we would be as a company without it. The time invested in creating the automations and systems has a 10x return when done properly. Be sure to complete onboarding or the free training courses offered.

Pros

  • Automations.
  • SMS texting to stay connected.
  • Webforms for easy use and integrations.

Cons

  • You have to pay a high tier to get phone support.
  • More regular live or virtual courses to answer questions.
  • Increased revenue.
  • Increased client interaction.
It's great for small business owners who want more time. Do not expect it to be an easy learning curve. Once you sit down and work on the automations, webforms and begin tagging clients appropriately, you can now focus on the thing you are good at in your business - operations and growth.
