Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We're using ActiveCampaign as a CRM and for email marketing automation. It's been a huge step forward for us in organizing all of our leads, contacts, and customers and to make sure that no one falls through the cracks. Organizing all of our leads/customers into Deals and moving them through the deal pipelines has been a game-changer for us, as well as the ability to automate tasks to people in our organization so that we stay in contact with everyone.

  • I wish we could automate text messages that allow for our contacts to respond to our phone number and begin a conversation.
  • Very positive as we have kept in better contact with and converted old leads and reactivated old customers!

I found ActiveCampaign to be more intuitive throughout the setup process and easier to use than HubSpot. It was overall just much less confusing for me!
ActiveCampaign has been very helpful for us in organizing and keeping track of incoming leads that need consistent long-term follow-up. If they never convert to customers, we're able to add them to long-term email automation and schedule tasks for manual contact so that we don't forget about them! It's also been great for organizing what stage in the customer life cycle each person is in as they move in and out of our various deal stages.
