Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use AC for Email Marketing along with the CRM for prospect tracking.
I'm the primary person using it as I'm the salesperson. We started using it for email automation but found the CRM very user-friendly and easy to work with.

I found it easy to integrate with other tools that we use.
The Automation tools are not as robust as other platforms I've used but much better than most
Streamlining follow up with prospects has been awesome with it.

Alternatives Considered

Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) and Drip Ecommerce CRM

Keap is my preferred platform. I've used Infusionsoft for over 15 years.
It's #1 issue has been user interface. With the transition to Keap, that has been great.

until that, I'd looked at MANy platforms for an alternative for our clients.
AC was the first one that I honestly felt was a good choice.
I've recommended it to many clients and have had my own account to play with and test for about 2 years.

Every other platform I tried was much lower and I did not like them.

AC has been the only other platform I've recommended to anyone. That's saying a lot.

I've tested and helped clients with several platforms. Though I do have other platforms that I will recommend much of the time, AC is my #2 choice, which is saying a lot. I'm happy that it's such a powerful CRM and email platform yet still affordable for small businesses.

If you are looking for a platform that gives you the tools to do some advanced follow-up automation, AC is a great platform.
It has a bit of a learning curve but honestly, that's true of any platform.
