Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I use AC to reach prospects and clients. It's great for keeping them, engaged and informed of our programs, products and services. I can schedule emails in advance to drip over time and automate follow up.

- Initial set up is easy
- Tags and Groups was not explained. I find it difficult to send emails to sections of my list through tagging.
- Importing my list from another CRM was a little time consuming. I followed the instructions, but when the list was added, there were duplicates. Plus, certain names were combined with email addresses that belonged to other clients.
- I don't see where to send an opt in / double opt in link. When I moved my list, I had a few people, who attended seminars and had given me permission to email, mark emails as spam. This may or may mot have happened with an initial opt in link.
- I can keep in touch with clients and prospects
- I automate my emails to keep me focused on my business rather than constantly spinning plates.
- Can send prospects back into a funnel step for quick access to purchase products and programs
- Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
The price is better because I didn't need all the features IS had. Simplicity of AC vs. IS. IS is a beast of a system. It takes a lot of time to get up and running. Campaign builder in IS was great but sometimes you couldn't find the emails to attach, they would either show an error or could not be found at all. Setting up the online store was not easy either. AC gives me the option to integrate with ClickFunnels and I can manage everything a lot easier and more efficiently.
