Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use ActiveCampaign for our business and it is built into the majority of our internal systems and processes. We not only use it as a sales CRM, but we also heavily rely on the automations component of ActiveCampaign. Additionally, we also integrate our existing client process with ActiveCampaign so that we can automate actions and remove busy work for our employees. Overall, ActiveCampaign has paid for itself many times over!

We used to use Infusionsoft and had lots of trouble using it frequently. ActiveCampaign is not only easier for our internal team to use, but has more features that we utilize at a cheaper price point that allows us to be more effective. Making the switch was a great move for us and also allows us to have better email deliverability.
