Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I use Acumatica with BOM creation, production jobs, purchasing inventory.
  • We just implemented using serial numbers last year and now we have additional control with our service agreements
  • It would be helpful for a push system when we update BOMs to flow down to production jobs
  • We are able to access multiple sets of information/data mining for our dashboards and executive meetings
7-12 months
With the creation of serialization, we have better control with our Service team. We have also used tasks and the systems notification to provide better communication of what products are received and tasks are completed.
We are a manufacturing business and use Acumatica for our BOM creation and tracking of projects.

We like the ability to create our own GIs, however it is difficult to gather some information as some fields are hidden.
