Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I am an administrator for Acumatica in my organization. The accounting aspect is so simplified. The user interface is easy to use and Acumatica definitely solved our project management issues helps with our time keeping activities
  • Easily creating new accounts for the GL
  • Project management and billing
  • Time keeping and expense receipting
  • Accounting statements and ability to improve build statements
  • Easier tracking of how our projects are doing and the performance
  • Only negativity was getting everyone on board, but once that was done we are seeing more and more positive attitudes towards Acumatica
  • Real time updates to enhance decision making on executive level
  • Managing the exceptions using dashboards helped with the employee KPI's and increased performance

We can provide feedback on the project progress and give access to a customer portal that assist our customers to see our progress on their support tickets. We can provide honest feedback and does not have to wait for Acumatica to first sync during the evening before all amounts and capabilities are shown. Everything is available in real-time!
We are a consulting firm providing services to our clients. The time activities are easy to use and assist with providing information on the time it takes to finalize our project and provide accurate margin information per customer or project. The credit card expense claim as well as when paying with your personal accounts helps keep track of normal project expenses that can be used in future to properly and accurately price our services.

The ERP is cloud based and available for use anywhere as long as you have internet connectivity. It connected our whole business and is very easy to use. We have no issues completing month end procedures. I would recommend this to any growing business since your ERP can grow with your organization!
