Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
Acumatica handles our inventory controls, customer invoicing, vendor payables, bank reconciliations and backlog reporting. It also maintains all of our customer and vendor master data and includes Colton’s by Paya and Avalara.
- Bank Reconciliations
- Sales Order Entry
- Cash application
- Forms need works
- Too many errors that need tickets to resolve
- Reporting needs custom generic inquiries
- Saved 18 hours a month in bank and account reconciliations
- Created an automated process for backlog reporting utilizing generic inquiries saving 8 hours a month in manual report manipulation
1-3 months
Our team really likes the activities feature where we can upload purchase order and quotes to sales orders. We also like the feature of being able to see when emails were sent to customers in activities section.
We bought Acumatica for its flexibility in MRP planning, however we don’t use it. I think that’s a major red flag to Acumatica. Frankly we often question if Netsuite would have been the better option. However what we have is much better than Quickbooks or an old instance of Great Plains.
