Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use Adobe Acrobat for multiple reasons. A lot of the time it's combining or editing PDFs. The print to PDF function is also something that gets used a lot in our office.
  • Ability to leave comments.
  • Editing capablities.
  • Exporting functionality.
  • Not a fan of the new Adobe Acrobat, I don't like how the layout is different.
  • Editing could be easier to line up.
  • Getting things onto one page easier.
  • Combining PDFs.
  • Converting files to PDFs.
  • Editing and commenting on PDFs.
  • Ease of Use
Adobe Acrobat is very user friendly and pretty self explanatory once you are used to the basics. I will say that the newest version did not need to change the layout so drastically.
  • Ability to date and time stamp.
  • Less room for manual error.
  • Increased productivity through the ease of completing tasks.
I think that the basic ability to password protect documents before sending them is something huge these days. With all the cyber security issues we need to be aware of, this is one more layer of protection for us. Also love the signing feature.
Adobe Acrobat is much more user friendly that the Microsoft print to PDF feature. Just having everything go right into Adobe Acrobat instantly is a huge time saver in our office.

We love to use Adobe Acrobat in this office for a variety of different reasons. One of the main, and simplest reason, is just to combine PDFs. Another simple reason is converting files to PDF with just one click. I will say, that I'm not the biggest fan of the new update.
