Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Sign

We work in sales, and hence we have to use it to send the documents to the client for signing, i.e. NDA, DPA, or an order form/agreement.
  • Easy to upload the pdf directly to Adobe Acrobat Signand assign the required fields for signing
  • The process for approval internally is also convenient
  • digital signature is easy to access and is always saved
  • easy to track the document status
  • no need to explain the clients how to use it, as it's very intuitive
  • the saved digital signatures expire often
  • its costlier

I am not the decision maker but if I were one, I would say the ease of use because its fairly easy and convenient to send the doc for signing.

Its perfect for usability because it is doing the job for which our company purchased it for.
We use it everyday here in sales to send the orderforms for signature to our clients. At times we also send the forms for privacy and security or non disclosure agreements, which is all taken care of by Adobe Acrobat Sign sign.

I can only talk about sales because we use it every day to send the order form to our clients for signing. We don't have manually explain them the process of signing it. You just have to tell them that the doc for digital signature is on it's way and they easily sign it within a few seconds, saves a lot of time and energy.
