Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

We used Adobe Analytics to measure our website analytics. According to me, Adobe Analytics offers more features and flexibility than Google Analytics, but in order that it doesn't have free membership, Google Analytics is more commonly used.
  • Audience Insights
  • Accurate Website Data such as Number of Visitors, Visits, Bounce Rate etc.
  • Data Dashboard
  • can be seen as more appealing in terms of design
  • needs more integration with other marketing platforms
  • should offer free education
  • difficult to understand some features lack of reaching free resources
  • Positive Impact: Number of Registrations (I used Adobe Analytics to measure the website traffic for the blog portal specialized for the physicians and we measured a 700 membership increase in 6 months by using Adobe Analytics detailed metrics, we optimized our traffic accordingly.)
  • Positive Impact: Increasing Engagement (our portal engagement increased by %300 times per spent at 6 months, we were able to measure correct membership traffic by using Adobe Analytics features.)
  • Positive Impact: Our ROI number increased in a long term but our blog portal can not reflect sales data because of our business model, we would be able to see ROI increase in the field with the help of customer representatives.
  • Positive Impact: We achieved a 4200% website visit increase by measuring and analyzing our website traffic KPIs differentiated for each content after login.
Adobe Analytics offered us more targeted and differentiated dimensions and metrics because as a pharmaceutical company, our target audience involved a small group of people. We segmented the doctors according to their specialties and excluded the office traffic by using the specific group of the audience involved in IP addresses. We were able to group before login visits and after login visits and understood our target audience traffic data.
From my experience, customization was easier because we wanted to use some segmentations to include and exclude in our website analytics as we created segments by using our own membership data and IP addresses to exclude our employees' engagement for the correct measurement. I would say that Analytics data dashboards are not seen as appealing, it is possible to create appealing dashboards by using all design features and integrations in other analytics platforms but Adobe Analytics is so closed to integrate design features.
