Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

I use the reports to identify trends in user behavior and how pages are performing through channels. Also, finding any inconsistencies in user flows to help determine a reason for poor CTR and goal completions.

Pros

  • Tracking user behviour
  • Flow diagrams
  • Comparing data periods

Cons

  • Ease of use, it is quite a learning curve when a new user comes in and tries out the platform
  • Interaction maps would be a game changer.
  • It allows us to identify points of the website user's fallout or exit so that we have more understanding on where to improve conversion.
They both have their perks. Glassbox has session recordings and interaction maps which are very useful to see what elements on the page users are interacting with. While Adobe Analytics provides are more analytical and statistical approach where you can learn about everything else.
It is a great tool to get a source of truth for analytics about your site. It does take some time to understand how to set things up but once you get the hang of it, it's quite powerful.
