Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Campaign

I use Adobe Campaign in my enterprise to do different email, SMS, and blog campaigns to generate more leads. The digital marketing team works with the campaigning, and we the sales team keep track of the campaigns to select the best sets. We do some short campaigns for the targeted audiences with preset preferabilities and interests of the clients, and check whether the campaign is success or failure with the help of analytics tools.
  • It enable us to do the campaigns with various filters to catch the right set of audiences.
  • The Analytics and Reporting tools of Adobe Campaign clearly indicate the result of campaign and insights of the campaign.
  • There are various preloaded templates are available for easy campaigning under different themes.
  • It manages the data very well and have well organized data repository.
  • Adobe Campaign crashes at times while running the campaigns with long filters
  • Customer Care service is often busy and it took time to get a proper solution.
  • I can see there are few bugs in the tool
  • It is the most reliable campaigning tool for my business works
  • I feel the cost is little high
  • But overall it's a worthy deal - getting best set of leads for higher sales count

My overall experience with the Adobe Campaign is satisficed only, if they reduce their price then it is a bingo. Above all it makes my work very easy and successful through quality campaigning, so always it holds good position in my consideration.
The support team is little occupied, whenever I tried to connect with them for some support the hotline is busy.
I recommend Adobe Campaign for any medium to big enterprises to run campaigns effectively, it will definitely helps the organization for lead generation, and leads optimization. But for small and medium scale enterprises many opensource or affordable Campaigning tools are available, Adobe Campaign is bit costly. Overall Adobe Campaign is a well established, and a reliable campaigning platform which widespread our products to the masses.
