We use Marketo for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to keeping our customers engaged and reselling to them lead acquisition and forms multi-touch tracking and attribution creating email nurture campaigns keeping Sales Reps informed of activities and status of customers through scoring sales enablement landing page creation

Pardot and Marketo are extremely powerful marketing automation softwares. Marketo was selected as it had more customization and more flexibility in the creation of emails, landing pages, automation, and campaigns.

One of the best Marketing Automation softwares on the market and covers the majority of needs for digital marketers. It is great for medium to large enterprise businesses, but it would be overkill for smaller businesses as there is so much functionality to make use of. In the future, it would be good to see more of the extras become out-of-the-box features.
