Marketo is a nice option for a b2b.
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage
We use it as a marketing cloud b2b integrated with Salesforce as a campaign manager; it seems to work fine, but it is hard to get things customized as we try to develop new templates, and most of the team does not know HTML is a must if you want to edit things in Marketo. Also, some of the use cases are hard to implement as Marketo does not have a lot of out-of-the-box content.

We are using Marketo for planning events, it's hard to integrate with nonnative tools, but the function inside Marketo is perfect. We also use a lot to warm up the leads and, after that, send the information to the CRM and the sales lead. The models of scoring and the possibility to create many of them are amazing.
