Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

we use personalisation and automation for lead generation and constant communication. We tried using it for events however it didnt meet our needs and had to get a separate events management tool. Usability is easier than other email automation tools and learning for staff is quicker

Increasing product information as we launch new products in the market. Information about events or newsletters about these events or engagements. We use Marketo for updating customers on upcoming campaigns and launches.
Chose it for the ease of use, though it lacks a few features compared to others.However the form builder, landing page and email editor is old-school and clunky.

It is well suited for B2B communication, smart lists and forms.
We needed it for events comms too but it didnt fit our needs.
However it's not so good for tracking visitors through GA on websites
