Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Adobe Sign is being used by our engineering department for contract sign offs.
  • Customer service.
  • Our sales rep has been helpful.
  • The program itself is widely used by our organization.
  • The administration interface could be more intuitive.
  • It's hard to find the site where problems are reported.
  • I would like customer service to be more prompt.
  • Made contract signing easier.
  • Allowed for virtual signing.
  • Engineers are not burdened with the mail system to receive contracts.
Once I receive the help customer service is very good. Sometimes, though, it will take a while for them to contact me.
I don't actually use the program, I just support it.
It is used for contract signing by the Engineering department.

Adobe Sign has been helpful in receiving contract signatures through the SharePoint Online application. Those that use it have reported its ability to easily receive completed contracts.
