Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

I work in the Sales Department of an IT Service Provider Company, we use Adobe Sign to improve efficiency to get signed documents and contracts from customers. We save time, avoid using printers/papers and have an updated status of signatures at all times. Also, the customer keeps an electronically signed copy of the document instead of printing two original versions.
  • Is easily integrated into Microsoft Office 365 productivity apps.
  • Is very intuitive to use by senders and recipients.
  • Document signature can be done very quick without downloading any app.
  • Could have a seamless integration between Salesforce and Adobe Sign to automatically generate Order documents, request signatures, and upload signed documents.
  • When you send the document to sign to the recipient, the customer could be also notified by WhatsApp, telegram, or SMS automatically.
  • In the future, the recipient could sign the documents faster by just making gestures on mobile devices or smartwatches.
  • We have reduced the amount of time after making a sale to create a service order. Can be done in minutes and used to be in days as it required original documents pick-ups.
  • In an economical aspect, has generated savings related to paper, printers for remote workers, pencils, ink stamps, etc.
  • As a negative impact, in my organization, not all users have permission to directly send the documents to customers so we depend on a colleague and have a delay of a few hours or minutes.
They have a very good product description on their web page, also educational videos on different stream applications. Is almost impossible to have a situation where you have to call or chat with a customer service agent from Adobe. The FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), demos, and free trials are a great support and improve customer experience.
Adobe Sign has great usability. The mobile application makes it very easy for customers to review the received documents and immediately sign the contracts. Normally customers make the whole process without calling or requiring support from the sales team. In terms of sales operations, it has strong features that improve usability such as signature status.
I'm in the Information and Technology industry, we must be early adopters of all the modern work tools available on the market. Adobe Sign plays a key role in this sense as we show our customers a way to have legally binding documents signed electronically and optimally. After using it they recognize its benefits in economic ways.

Adobe Sign has a more intuitive interface in terms of web and mobile pages. The integration it has with Microsoft Office 365 productivity and collaboration applications is the best available in the market.
Adobe Sign is well suited for professionals from sales, human resources, purchase, etc. to quickly get signed documents and avoid printing, physical assets, etc. Also appropriate for customers who use Microsoft Productivity and Collaboration apps. Is less appropriate for scenarios where the recipients require to make some proofing, highlighting, commenting, or document revision with suggestions.
