  • In my experience, has caused thousands in interest and penalties
  • Caused court responses to garnishments for failing to respond and send payments
  • Created a lot of extra work trying to figure out what they did
Workday
The feed each other info, helps streamline and save a lot of time
They send emails and have trainings every so often
Several others I would choose before ADP SmartCompliance
I've had issues with tax filings and garnishments for months. Payments being held for months, claiming credits we don't qualify for, etc.
