Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We used ADP Workforce Now for Time and Attendance, HRIS, and Payroll. Our employee base grew quickly from 100 to 250. We needed something to track work time, vacation, and feed to payroll seamlessly. We had not yet rolled out manager self service or employee self service by the time I departed the company.
  • Easy to toggle between HRIS, Time and Attendance, and Payroll. Single sign on.
  • Can quickly understand where the information is located.
  • More robust reporting for HRIS.
  • Should be able to customize fields and run reports on customized fields. If HR is to become more analytical, we need an HRIS that can produce more meaningul information and allows for customization or anticpation of the need for better data.
  • Less time processing payroll
I found ADP Workforce Now to be much easier to use and more intuitive.
ADP Workforce Now is affordable and has a lot to offer. If you are willing to pay more, you could probably get a product that would allow for more strategic planning and metrics analysis.
Once we were able to fix all the bugs in the Time and Attendance feature after rolling ADP Workforce Now out to employees, we were able to use it well. Took more than two months to work out the kinks.
