Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Workforce Now is our HRIS system for the bank. It houses all of our HR information and we also use it to process payroll. The entire company uses it in some capacity- hourly employees use it to track time worked. Employees access pay stubs through the system as we encourage paperless statements.
- The system is integrated. The HR side "talks" to the payroll side so you are not entering information in two places. Previously we had two different systems that did not speak after an upgrade so it caused more work for me.
- It's easy to use! Our employees have no issues using the system.
- We are currently on an older platform so a lot of the enhancements I would recommend are on the newest version that we are in the process of upgrading to.
- Simplified internal processes
My organization has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Less duplication. Streamlined communication between the HR side of the system and payroll.
- Paychex
When we reviewed the ADP system we also reviewed Paychex and felt the ADP system was better for the bank.
