We use ADP Workforce Now Comprehensive Services -- payroll, HR, benefits & compliance. It eases the burden of complying with the ACA.
- Ease of processing payroll.
- Compliance with ACA and other legal requirements.
- Benefits administration and support.
- Tax and banking reports are not easily accessible.
- No direct phone line to your assigned representatives. You can call into the call center and talk to someone there, but not the person you usually deal with. The only way to really communicate with them is via email.
- Administration and support in benefits has eased the HR burden, thus allowing me (the HR manager) to take on a more strategic role within the business.
Before going to comprehensive services, payroll would generally take 10-12 hours to complete. Now it's as simple as completing a spreadsheet and emailing it to my payroll person. Also, before comprehensive services, the 401(k) report to download to our provider would take 3-5 hours to complete. Now it takes me about 20 minutes, thanks to a custom report.
Much easier to use than Ceridian and more reliable reports as well.
