Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Currently utilizing time and attendance, HR and benefits module, and payroll processing.
- With the new Payroll Based Journal (PBJ) reporting requirements for long term care facilities, Workforce Now really came through and provided us a solution at no additional cost. Other systems we looked at were going to charge us as much as $15,000.
- Meeting the ACA requirements in our unique environment in Hawaii could've been better.
- Pricing was very competitive to Ceridian but seems to have better features.
