Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
The entire company uses ADP Workforce Now in the HR, Payroll, Benefits, ACA, and Document Cloud departments. We are in the process of obtaining a position control system through ADP and ResNav. We do use time and attendance or time clocks, and we are in the process of evaluating ATS, on-boarding, and performance evaluation.

- Easy report system.
- Easy access.
- Customer service.
- Wait times for support.
- Responses from support are not consistent.
- Self service for benefits has been amazing.
- Payroll.
Our HR team has saved over 50 hours per month. - The process is very easy. The only issue we've had is with the ACA module not being real-time. Our forms were incorrect and we have to manually correct over 1,300 forms. We have this issue for the last 3 years and its been very difficult to correct this amount of forms manually.
We have been with ADP for about 10+ years. It is a one-stop-shop for a number of products including single sign-in. It has great reporting capabilities and we are in the process of going live with Document Cloud and ATS. We also have ACA and will soon have position control with ResNav thru ADP as well. We are happy with ADP!
