Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We are currently using ADP Workforce now for all our US companies. It helps us with be compliant with our taxes and also notifies us of any changes in the states we are currently doing work in. This is a major up side for our company since we are currently active in many US states.
  • Tax Services - Helps us keep compliant with taxes in different states
  • Knowledgeably employees - ADP always helps answers any type of payroll question that we come across
  • Adding additional support around tax season
  • More user friendly report tool
  • It has a positive impact on our over all business.
I rate it a 8 because I believe there could be a tiny bit improvement to the overall product.
