Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Timecards and benefits for HR. GL mapping to create entries for Finance.
Reports as requested by department managers, HR and Finance. Tracks Time off for users.
  • Timecards - punches and department allocations
  • General Ledger interface to create Finance entries
  • Time off - tracking of balance available & future accrued
  • Availability to see "Classic" look indefinitely after changes to screens
  • Time off requests - changes to screens causing difficulty for users to navigate; need consistency not just change, change, change
  • Being able to allocate personnel by percentage or changing department on a timecard makes department cost more accurate
  • Employees can see their time off balances and see what is available in the future
  • Processing payroll is easy with the steps to review at each level
Meets my needs for 42 physician departments and 15 managers very well. GL mapping is easy and accurate. Very easy for my 325 employee's to record their worked time and use self service.

Staff assistance is always helpful and timely.
Workforce now is easy for users to navigate with little intervention by administrators. My team is very responsive to my questions and needs. Creating allocations by percentages or rate rules is an easy process. Reporting is great. There are canned reports or you can create you own easily.
