I don't believe we are fully using the software, so what we use is very good.

The support is very slow. There are times, especially at year end that I have had to wait on the phone for 2 hours.
It would be great if ADP Retirement services was meshed more with WFN so that employees could have a dashboard and see all of their benefits in one place instead of having to log in two different places.
