Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use it for the whole organization as our time keeping and HRIS database tracking system.
  • Time keeping is especially easy to work with.
  • Gathering and tracking employee information is great.
  • Use of the standard reports and ease of customizing reports.
  • Make it easier to customize the employee talent page.
  • Make it easier to look back at terminated employee files.
There are parts of ADP that I am not currently using at this company, but I have used previously and wish I were able to use them here.
ADP is more comprehensive and has more reports that are available and useful.

ADP is very user friendly and easy to learn.
I've only used it in the health care field, but it works well with different schedule shifts that are in health care and has all the ways of tracking the compliance items that we need. It make it easier to find everything in one application.
