Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

At my workplace, we use ADP for everything. It is perfect for HR Professionals. HR systems, onboarding through ADP, and payroll. Able to make custom reports as well. Also used to clock in, out, and request time off.

Fairly easy and straightforward, but I often have to call the ADP Help Desk to get certain reports made, and many other things that I have to reach out for help with. I do like all of the videos I have found on ADPs Youtube for help.

Their Support Team is amazing and ready to help always. Sometimes there is a really long wait though.
Appropriate for normal office conditions. Using it for a small small business with few or no full-time workers would not be ideal in this setting. Small businesses that do not have full-time workers may not need all of the great things that ADP offers.
