We currently use ADP Workforce Now for recruiting, personnel, payroll processing, and time & attendance. It simplifies the amount of work that we need to do to recruit, onboard, process payroll, and allows for document storage.

- Instead of running built in reports, building your own query would be helpful
- Some reports cannot cross different areas and you have to piece the information together.
- Reduces time spent on tasks
- Frontline Recruiting & Hiring
ADP is more user friendly than Frontline Recruiting & Hiring as well as their Frontline Central (onboarding/HRIS) system.
